Confluence can archive emails - which is useful for tracking information over a long period of time and referencing emails in documents.
This link will show you an example of mail held in Confluence.
Email archiving allows you to:
- Keep a history of interaction with your clients, colleagues, or friends.
- Refer to email content when creating Confluence content, in general.
- Centralize yet another vehicle in Confluence as repository.
