Any Apache Lab is welcome to use this space to help organize development efforts.
Lab home pages
How do we obtain karma to edit lab pages?
- Editing is restricted to ASF Committers working on an Apache Lab.
- To request karma, please post a note to the labs mailing list, with the tag [CWIKI] in the subject line or file a ticket in the Labs JIRA instance.
- Please indicate your cwiki user name and lab association when making the request.
How do we organize pages for a lab?
- Create a home page for the lab, linked from this page, using the labname as the page name (same as a mailing list post).
- Create all pages related to the lab as subpages to the lab home page.
- Please prefix all page names with the labname, to avoid naming conflicts with other labs.
How do we track changes to lab pages?
There are three non-exclusive options.
- Set your profile to watch the lab space. Confluence will then mail you an alert when any page in the labs space changes.
- Set your profile to send you a daily summary of changes to the cwiki spaces. The daily summary will include a section for the labs space.
- From the dashboard, select the star next to Apache Labs, and then select the "my" tab. The "Recently Updated" panel will list only the pages on your short list. This option won't send you emails, but it can help you keep abreast of changes.
