Annotator has been incubating since 2016-08-30 following this proposal (original location).

To Contribute

First, sign up for access to this wiki.

Then, write to dev@annotator.apache.org to request access to edit the Apache Annotator wiki space–be sure to mention your username here!

We'll do the rest.
