  • Aditya walks through roles and responsibilities. See Apache Local Community - ALC if you missed the meeting.
  • Conducting in-person events might not attract attendees in Bangalore, at least in the beginning. Planned to start with virtual events instead.
  • The initial session can be an introduction to the ASF, its projects, how it functions, how to contribute, etc.
    • Proposed dates: before October 10th and after November 20th because it is the festive season in between.
    • Saturday morning might be a good time. Should check before if there are other community events planned on that day.
    • The initial session can have multiple speakers with short ~20-minute talks.
  • After the initial session, project-specific virtual sessions can be organized by ourselves (all work on different ASF projects).
