This page details dates of when Confluence main upgrades were performed, what version from and to, and if there were any issues along the way.
In conjunction with the Confluence Plugin Upgrades page of which plugins are usually also updated both before and after a main Confluence upgrade.

Note that we do not upgrade every released version but approximately every 6 months
