Managed via the Google Play Developer Console .

Currently configured with a single ASF-wide account.

Credentials for admin account (root@apache.org) in LastPass.

PMCs

Individual RMs should be added to the developer console using their @apache.org address or an e-mail address associated with their ASF account.

Individual accounts should be configured to expire after 12 months.

Individual RMs should be granted the following global permissions:

  1. Visibility
  2. Create & edit draft apps

Once a draft app has been uploaded, the RMs will need the following additional permissions for that app

  1. Edit store listing, pricing & distribution
  2. Manage Production APKs
  3. Reply to reviews

This process is TBD. If this becomes too cumbersome, we should consider giving all RMs all these permissions globally.
