Motivation

We have a REST resource that allows users to see the available plugins, but we have no equivalent that allows listing available converters. This Rest resources will help the user to see the available converters plugins before creating the connector.

We will create a new Rest resource for this requirement, the following will the REST API endpoint for Connect:
