A number of discussions were had around what features and changes to make for v6.0.0, which breaks compatibility. All the proposals have been presented on the mailing list for discussions.

Configurations: Lua, Sorber Script, or status Quo - Leif and Kit and the Geffon
Kit presented current state of the Lua plugin. Leif proposed a simplified callback (script lets) based on Lua. Brian Geffon showed his proposal for Sorber Script, an SDL to simplify generating generic ATS plugins that could also eliminate configuration madness.
