RECAP: 

Very small group this go around. A couple of participants from Anant who joined to learn more about Cassandra Forward. 

We had a good discussion on promoting the show, what to look out for with Planet Cassandra.

The conversation turned to meetups in India and reaching folks in India. We learned there seems to be a big appetite for meetups there, and there may be groups we can tap into.

Essentially, next steps from this meeting were:

  • Guidance on promo for C*Forward
  • Confirmation that meetups feel important to a lot of people. Creating guidance and providing resources for organizations to organize meetups in their geos continues to come up as a priority and something we should action in this meeting.
  • Planet Cassandra as our home for end user stories - we need to activate this group to find and bring us end user stories. 
  • We need to organize ourselves, as a group around our common goals and set concrete action items, aligned to volunteers to help execute, to ensure we're operating as a working group with clear goals, priorities and outputs.
