Continuum is installed in /opt/apache-continuum-1.1-beta-32. It is run using the Java Service Wrapper, and is started by the system init scripts.

System Startup
Continuum is started/stopped via the following links to /etc/init.d/continuum:

- unpack the new installation into
/opt chmod -R continuum:continuum apache-continuum-1.1-beta-2(or other install dir)- update
conf/plexusjetty.xmlto point the two databases to/home/continuum/datainstead of${plexusappserver.homebase}/data - update
apps/continuum/WEB-INF/classes/META-INF/plexus/application.xmlto set thefrom-mailboxtocontinuum@apache.org - copy
conf/security.propertiesfrom the previous installation - update
bin/linux-x86-32conf/wrapper.confto set max memory to 512m - edit
/etc/init.d/continuumto the new installation location - depending on the upgrade path, you may need to upgrade the Continuum database. Please check the Continuum release notes.
