This page will hold a high-level description of what Artifactory is, what we are using it for, and how to migrate to it from bintray. If we have a lot of material on Artifactory features, we can add subpages, which we list on this page. At some point we can filter through for what should be on infra.a.oany other details those who may need to work with it will require.

Artifactory is a product by JFrog that serves as a binary repository manager. JFrog deprecated their Bintray service early in 2021, and provided their Artifactory service as replacement. Infra successfully moved all repos and artifacts to Artifactory, with no loss of service/provisions as a result.
