Community Objectives

Complete the Azure ARM provider and release jclouds 2.0.
TODO: still the same?
* Finally determine the scope and complete the feature set for jclouds 2.0, to include
completion of support for Azure ARM, as well as promotion of the Docker and ProfitBricks
REST APIs from jclouds-labs
* Encourage and supervise, where necessary, new contributors to grow the committer base.
Releases
--------
Given the time is taking to get jclouds 2.0 ready we are considering releasing jclouds 1.9.3 with some of the issues that have been fixed during this time.
TODO: Worth cranking out another 1.9.x?
The last jclouds release, 1.9.2, took place on 2016-01-16.
