Description

The StockTrader Client is a web application that allows the user to buy and sell stocks, manage their portfolio, view market data and quotes, and manage their user profile and account. All account management and order processing is handled through communications between the StockTrader Client and the StockTrader Business Service. The client application can also optionally expose a configuration interface that reconfigures the application at runtime by communicating with the StockTrader Configuration Service.

Live Demonstrations

In December of 2009, the PHP and .NET implementations of the StockTrader Client were ported to run on Windows Azure. These live cloud-based versions of the StockTrader Client can be accessed using the URLs in the table below:
