Set of tasks discussed on a Devops call on 13 Feb 2019:

Add Dockerfile to each (fineract-cn-*) repository
- get the Dockerfile files from community (many are here: https://github.com/openMF/fineract-cn-containers)
- need to create a lot of pull requests
Create a project in Gitlab.com (or other CI) that builds the Docker containers
Register repo in Docker Hub (or use already existing JFrog Artifactory account) and configure Gitlab to publish images there
