Q 1. I have a suggestion/correction to the documentation, how would this best be passed on to the developers?
A: Create a patch! (read http://www.apache.org/dev/contributors.html#patches http://jakarta.apache.org/site/getinvolved.html) Attach the patch to a bug report (http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla)
- Never direct email (please keep all discussions on list) except for security issues
- Dev email list? Yes (best to create an issue in bugzilla and then followup on list since the lists strip many attachments)
- User email list? Possibly
- somewhere in this Wiki (this can be good for some kinds of documenation which aren't really appropriate for the official documentation)
