To contribute to this Wiki you should request write permissions to Wicket Confluence space.
You can do that at the users' mailing lists or by creating a ticket at Wicket JIRA.
Make sure you mention your Wiki user id!
If you have never used a wiki before, note that there is a special syntax used when writing.
