December Board Report (SUBMITTED 2015-12-03)
Apache Sling is an OSGI-based scriptable web framework that uses a Java Content Repository, such as Apache Jackrabbit, to store and manage content.

There are no issues which require board attention at the moment.


Good activity level overall, contributions from different people continue.

Robert Munteanu gave a talk at Devoxx Belgium 2015, "Apache Sling as an OSGi-powered REST middleware",

No new committers (last committers change was in March 2015 with three new committers elected), one new PMC member (Stefan Seifert). Last PMC change was in October 2015 with one new PMC members elected.
