The Fineract Project Management Committee (PMC) publishes its quarterly report to the ASF Board.  The Fineract project is on the January, April, July, October reporting schedule:   Meetings of the Board are something like the second Wednesday of the month and the report is therefore due something like the 10th of each month.  Jan 10th, April 10th, July 10th, Oct 10th. 

The ASF Board maintains the reports from all projects in its minutes.
