As part of release - Do we also need to include binaries for Windows, R, Scala?

The above lists what we need for Apache releases (source package tgz) and what we already offer (pip, docker images) as things to build, test, and make available on a nightly basic. I think it would be great to start offering for binaries for the things you suggest though Sandeep Krishnamurthy . Maybe we can plan that as the next thing after stabilizing what we currently have.

Agreed. I was thinking this is a great wiki that captures a lot of details about CI for MXNet. And capturing all the way we distribute MXNet may be a good capture. Probably marked as Deferred/TBD.
