Intent - monthly event at 8a PT
- Time zones - consider alternating between morning PT and afternoon PT to be inclusive of timezones. We’ll most likely hold an afternoon meeting to gauge APAC attendance and interest.

- Low engagement in meetups - in person and virtual but sense that meetup is mainly about meeting in person from time to time with supporting remote content
- Always the same 25 people at meetup groups - how do we expand the bubble? We need a meetup strategy. We need to get Cassandra content into adjacent groups - i.e. local MLOps group has 14k people in it.
