There are two dictionary lookup algorithms implemented in cTAKES.
We suggest you use cTAKES 4.0 - Fast Dictionary Lookup. (The other is the Original Dictionary Lookup.)
The cTAKES 4.0 User Install Guide includes the steps for installing separately-downloadable dictionary resources.
