This is a list of Apache Flume enhancement proposals (or FEPs). FEPs are encouraged for large, sweeping changes, or in cases where prose is helpful in presenting a complete idea. This is not a replacement for JIRAs or mailing list discussions. More specifically, nothing gets branched or committed without a JIRA, and if it's not decided on the mailing list, it didn't happen. FEPs are, instead, a way to keep a living document that represents a concept, feature, or idea.
