WSO2 Web Services Application Server (WSAS) is a web services engine running on top of Apache Axis2. WSAS provides a runtime for deploying and managing Java-based web services.
Implementation Status
The WSAS implementation of the Stonehenge StockTrader Sample Application is available in the trunk. It currently contains an implementation of the StockTrader Business Service, the StockTrader Order Processor Service, the StockTrader Configuration Service, the StockTrader Active Security Token Service (STS), and the StockTrader Passive Security Token Service (STS).
Known Issues
At the time of the M2 release there is a known issue with the WSAS Business Service communicating with .NET and Metro Order Processors using WS Security. The current error is "PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target".
