A GUI installer is provided for installing on MacOS. Java must be installed before proceeding.
Preinstallation Steps
Before running the installer we recommend installing the JVM if it's not installed already. Although Triplesec runs on the 1.4.2 version of the JDK we recommend installing the 5.0 version. The appropriate JVM should be available from Apple.
Once you have downloaded and installed the JVM proceed to the next section.
Download and Install Triplesec
You can download the GUI based installer for Triplesec here. You call pull down the installer and launch it like so:
wget http://dist.safehaus.org/triplesec/0.7/triplesec-0.7-macosx-ppc-setup.jar java -jar triplesec-0.7-macosx-ppc-setup.jar
Once the installer starts just follow the steps of the wizard. The default settings are sufficient to get the server to install properly.
