Checkout latest ESME, build, and run

Run the following commands, starting in the directory where you want
to download ESME:
1. svn checkout esme

2. In /server/pom.xml comment out line 262 - 276 (the following plugin):

3. cd esme/server/

4. mvn jetty:run
