23 January 2016, Apache Lucene™ 5.4.1 available The Lucene PMC is pleased to announce the release of Apache Lucene 5.4.1 Apache Lucene is a high-performance, full-featured text search engine library written entirely in Java. It is a technology suitable for nearly any application that requires full-text search, especially cross-platform. This release contains an important fix for a corruption bug that was introduced in version 5.4.0. If you are on 5.4.0 and using BINARY, SORTED_NUMERIC or SORTED_SET doc values, upgrading to 5.4.1 is strongly recommended.
