The location where such meeting could be held?

What would be a good time doing such meeting?

How long ? A day?

  • Some issue grooming and prioritize features/issues? 
  • Make a decision which feature/issue will be done?
  • Who is willing to work on things? (assumed you have time for it)
  • When? (required?)

Payment

Based on which metric will be payed? (hourly? Feature based?) maybe other things I simple not thinking about..

That will take a amount of time because there are countries where holidays have started or in short time will start.. (Germany for example)
