Post-Meeting Summary
Update about New Admin UI
The current state indicates that additional input and feedback are needed from both users and contributors to move forward. To address this, a meeting will be organized to present the new UI designs and the content of the POC. There is also consideration for holding two separate meetings—one focusing on the new designs, which will include Solr users, and another dedicated to the POC and code, specifically for developers. A presentation will be prepared in advance before announcing the meeting
v2 API Update/Refresher
V2 API progress has been discussed. There's a lot of work still to be done, but a lot of value for both users and devs in seeing it through. See the slides linked above in the "Discussion Items" table, or comment on any v2 API Jira if you're interested in getting started!
Handling Stale tickets and PRs
A bot currently flags stale PRs (and possibly tickets) after 90 days without automatically closing them, as that would be undesirable. Beyond this, there are no other specific measures in place for managing tickets and PRs, and contributions to improve this process are welcome.
Another strategy suggested is to review a few PRs that are stuck for some reason. This could help identify any specific issues or roadblocks, allowing for more targeted interventions to move them forward.
