To summarize:
- there is one defunct, barely used (8 years since last commit, 54 commits in total) framework on github that did overlap in intent (rapid web development) ... - think it's safe to ignore
- there is a company called "Causeway Technologies" who have lots of trademarks and provide a software solution in the Civil Engineering vertical - I think that is domain specific whereas our framework is a generic platform, so doesn't compete
- there is a trademark for game software - doesn't compete
- there is a trademark for sensor software - doesn't compete
As per the ASF process, the above ticket will in due course be discussed on trademarks@apache.org , hope they agree that it there is no meaningful risk of confusion.
