Apache Trafodion release 1.3.0 - November 2015

The focus of this release is to provide source tar files that can be released as part of the Apache incubation project.  There have also been several new features and many fixes.

April 2015

 

The focus of this release is on defect repairs, infrastructure refreshes, and improved performance, installation, manageability, security, and usability.

Proofs of Concept and Benchmarking work drove several requirements, leading to enhancements in performance, infrastructure, high availability, database and query performance, database movement, connectivity, security, and stability. This release of Trafodion supports HBase 0.98.

Initial Release (June 2014)

 

  • Basic SQL database functionality running on top of HBase
  • ACID transactional support for all updates to HBase
