All the community contributed plugins originally available through Oracle hosted NetBeans Plugin Portal 2.0 are now available via static Update Centers kindly hosted on private librebeans.org VM of Emilian Bold. If you need some older plugin search for the right URL in the following table and register it via Tools > Plugins > Settings > Add in your older NetBeans IDE and then search for the plugin on Available Plugins tab.
