Changed the query from: project = NETBEANS AND status = Open AND priority = Critical to project = NETBEANS AND status = Resolved AND priority = Critical AND fixVersion = "11.0". Because only all resolved/fixed stuff with the fix version 11.0 will be part of NetBeans 11.0, not the others.

Removed critical, beacuse everything with a fixversion = 11.0 will be released with NetBeans 11.0. Correct me or the query, if this is not the case.
