Hotel notes
Hotel Albany House Dublin is about 1 kilometer from the conference site. They have their own website but it is apparently cheaper to book via the URL below, around 84 euro per night.
The URL is (put it together to use it, the wiki spam filter refuses to save the full URL): http://hotels.ireland-b o o kings.com/hotel/ie/albanyhouse.html
Apparently, the best way to get there from the airport is to use the aircoach (http://www.aircoach.ie/) to Stephen's Green, and walk 5 minutes to 84 Harcourt Street, more info.
Feathercast also has practical info about Dublin.
Here's a plan to walk from from Burlington to Albany House, courtesy of http://www.dto.ie/web2006/jp.htm
