Apache CXF is an open source services framework. CXF helps you build and develop services using frontend programming APIs, like JAX-WS and JAX-RS. These services can speak a variety of protocols such as SOAP, XML/HTTP, RESTful HTTP, or CORBA and work over a variety of transports such as HTTP, JMS or JBI.
February 4April 2, 2013 - Apache CXF 2.7.34/2.6.67/2.5.9 10 released!
The Apache CXF team is proud to announce the availability of the latest patch releases. Over 30 80 JIRA issues were fixed for 2.7.3 4 which many of those fixes back ported to the other branches.
This is mostly a patch release to fix problems and issues that users have encountered. There is also a critical security issue resolved in these releases (information forthcoming). Users are STONGLY encouraged to upgrade as soon as possible.
This release requires the Woodstox StAX Parser to be available on the classpath. We hope to make this optional again in a future release.
