The DocBooK document xml format http://www.docbook.org is now supported including the generation of an HTML version. This opens up the possibility to move all documents inside the ofbiz system and an integration with the help system. The internal documents can also be made visible without having to login. Users can publish department calendars, project calendars, company vacation calendars, etc. They can check on the availability of a conference room, or find out when service is due on a fixed asset - right from their calendar client.
