CloudStack attempts to be a self-governing community by not imposing a large set of rules and regulations.  However, participating in a large and disperse community requires all of us to be aware about how we conduct ourselves and the effect our conduct have on others.  The following are guidelines on how we should participate in each different area of the community.  You don't have to follow them but they were setup because our experiences have said following these guidelines help.
